The Congresso will be managed through the Underline platform.

Registered presenters will receive detailed instructions for the interaction with Underline and contribution setup before May 31, 2021.

Underline platform will be available for all participants since September 1st, to allow access to the pre-recorded materials. Within September 1st, registered participants will receive credentials to access the website.

List of the most relevant services provided by Underline:

Before the Congress

• Preparation of the different sessions (plenary, parallel, demo and poster)
• Assistance to each participant in: o preparing for the conduct of the plenary sessions o preparing the pre-recorded videos of the demo session o collecting posters or collecting other materials useful for presentations (abstracts, information on the authors, online publication)
• Assistance to workshop moderators for the preparation of parallel sessions

During the Congress

• Unlimited number of participants in the event (upon registration)
• Differentiated management of the different sessions: plenary, parallel, demo (with video) and poster
• Advance publication of the materials of the pre-recorded sessions (demo) and posters, which remain available to members for consultation
• Assistance to moderators in timing management (duration of relationships and question and answer interactions)
• Possibility of movement within the virtual environment to access the various presentations within parallel sessions: workshops, demos and posters
• Creation of a break session for each day of the Congress (13: 00-14: 00) with spaces for discussion and virtual interaction

After the Congress

• Archiving in the Underline portal of session recordings and audio, video and textual materials used in presentations. For each presentation there is: a video publication, the assignment of metadata and descriptors (abstract, information on the authors, links to related publications) useful for indexing, the assignment of a DOI
• Dissemination of the archive on online search services (such as Google Scholar)
